Mr. Xiaofeng Ni has over 35 years of experience working with multinational companies, most of which are global leaders in their market segments, such as Hydro, TLD, Weir, and CIRCOR. He has worked and studied in China, Australia, South Korea, Vietnam, and various African countries. He is an expert in global supply chain management and manufacturing. Mr. Ni holds two master's degrees in MBA and MIS. Before joining Jash Energy , he had a record of running a gold-level WCM plant in his previous career.

Plant Head

Mr. Pranjal has 32 years of experience with split of 26 years in manufacturing & 6 years in International Projects. He has worked in companies like Wartsila & Sterling Wilson. He has worked in different countries like UK. Italy, Finland. On manufacturing side he has extensive experience in IC Engines, related industrial & Defense Gensets, Marine Propulsion. In his previous experience he has worked in Projects related to Gas to Electricity & Waste to Electricity.

Chief Financial Officer

A highly competent Chartered Accountant and financial professional with over 19 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, fundraising through private equity, debt and equity, restructuring, investor relations, working capital management, indirect taxation, transfer pricing, budgetary and MIS controls, cost control, treasury management, and handling various audits including statutory, internal, IFC, cost, concurrent, ASM, and stock audits.He has worked with various listed entities and has been associated with the Adani Group for more than six years. His qualifications include M.Com, CA, CISA, and FRM.
